Once payment is made for registration or any other Conference-related fees, including but not limited to registration fees, ticket purchases, and sponsorship fees, no refunds will be provided, regardless of the circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, inability to attend the Conference due to personal reasons, scheduling conflicts, travel restrictions, illness, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

2. Exceptions

No exceptions to this refund policy will be made, unless otherwise specified by the Conference organizers in writing.

3. Transferability

Registrations and Conference-related fees are non-transferable to another individual or another event.
